Burns



Depends how you were burnt. Fire burn? Chemical burn? Burns can become the shape its given. Burns are shiny. Think about colour, shape, texture and blending. Model is wearing protective clothing, area is clean, brushes and equipment is clean.

Products
- Gelatine- colours blood and scar
- Gelglyk, can get from screen face, PAM (precious about make up)
- Gelatine can use anywhere on the body, don't need barrier cream. Great in hair. Easy to get off just use warm water. Very long lasting. Can put make up over the top. Or mix once its melted with supra colour. For fashion, can mix with glitter, CANNOT put this in the microwave as its metal.
- It doesn't go off
- Melt edges down with warm water and a baby bud
- Latex - edges can be melted down with acetone and baby bud, be careful around eyes
- Spirit gum
- Collidium
- Microwave gelatine for 20 seconds 
- Always give a good shake, test on your hand
- Need a cool hairdryer too dry latex

- Break tissue for no hard edges
- Need spirit gum and spirit gum remover
- Place tissue on arm. Cover with spirit gum. Not too thick 
- Wrinkle up tissue
- When dry get a pin and make holes in it
- Apply red gelatine inside with finger
- Can use latex and pick with a pin
- Colour with supra colours
- Create blisters with this
- Warm setting for spirit gum

Reflection 

I like the effect of the burn I created. The blood really adds to the overall look. If I was to do this again I would blend the edges out a lot more as you can see in the photo the spirit gum. I will also think of how old and how the bruise is created. I am happy with my first attempt at this.
